Favourable and absolutely perfect position, I truly enjoyed staying in this place.

I was offered a room with magnificent views of Makati skyline. It had a nice bed and included a spacious bathroom a shower, a bidet and bath sheets. Location: the hotel was near to the airport, MRT/LRT station, MOA, taxis, and a larger market which is street based. The breakfast was rich and above average, the check in was early. Plus their wifi was strong: )

Everything was great, including amazing breakfasts with nice views and great garlic rice, for example. Choose superior room with ac.

I recently stayed at Urban Travellers for a couple of nights and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the wifi was reliable. The hotel was worth the money, and the location near the Mall of Asia was convenient. Thank you so much!

Close to air port

Hallway had water leak during heavy rain. This came into our room. The hotel was hard to find for taxi, down oneway street.We booked Superior room but this was not specified on booking confirmation and we did not get superior room

The hotel design is a bit tacky. The washroom in my unit was not properly cleaned.

Place was good standard and exceptional, thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Everything was good, excellent location close to star city and the airport for an early afternoon domestic flight, very good experience. The room of the hotel was nicely decorated and huge with big bathroom, AC plus a tropical type style.

Elegant huge rooms, they are provided with buffet breakfast, AC plus attached bathrooms. The staff are amazingly great, managed the parking on-site.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always checking if I needed anything. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was included in my stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options. Additionally, this hotel is in a convenient location - close to both the airport and train station, as well as several shops and malls in the city center.

The Hotel seems to be very old. Rooms not like in description, very small, no bathtub (which was written also on the booking). Maybe we didn't get the booked (and also paid) "Deluxe" room...

The hotel is located near everything and close to the airport. Despite not being in a good area, the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Staff is friendly and helpful, and breakfast is included.

The hotel lacks some basic amenities such as noise insulation or a decent menu in their coffee shop.

I was very impressed by the courtesy of the staff.Whatever request I had they were able to fulfil.I Am very happy with this hotel and would most likely return in December.

Once anyone understands that this is a downtown Hotel, located very close to the mass transit line then they would realise that there is always going to be alot of people and jeepney activity.Yes, it is noisy, but I found Filipinos polite and no one bothered me.
